Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5-Year Warranty

All Snow Ridge sleeping bags carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, unless a different warranty period is specifically stated for the product.

Other Products

2-Year Warranty

Other Snow Ridge products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, unless a different warranty period is specifically stated for the product.

11. Lifetime Repair Support

All Snow Ridge products are supported by our Lifetime Repair Support commitment.

This support continues beyond the applicable warranty period.

If a product is damaged or develops a problem years after purchase—even if it is 5 or 10 years old—you may contact us to request an assessment.

Where a practical repair is possible, we will endeavour to repair the product at a low and reasonable cost, as applicable.

Depending on the repair, charges may apply for:

  • Repair work

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Repair availability depends on the condition of the product, availability of suitable materials or components, and whether a safe and practical repair is possible.

Lifetime Repair Support does not mean that every repair is free.
